Coastal Restaurants You Must Try This Summer

For true foodies, there is nothing more exciting than trying out a new restaurant, especially in a beautiful, fun location! Visiting a new restaurant gives you the opportunity to try a new place that you have never been before as well as be introduced to some unique dishes and drinks that you have never had, and what beats trying a new place that you know is “foodie accredited?” This week, we’re featuring some of “Britt’s Best Bites’” favorite coastal locations that are an absolute must to add to your restaurant bucket list. If you are in any of the following areas, be sure to give these restaurants a try (you won’t regret it!):

Located on Ocean Street in Marshfield, Mae’s Sandwich Shop brings homemade sandwiches, salads, and pastries to the Ocean Bluff neighborhood! Most of what they make is done in-house, and if not, they pride themselves on bringing their customers the best that the community has to offer.

Cape Cod & Islands: Captain Baker Donut Shop in West Dennis, MA

It’s always the right time for a good donut! Captain Baker Donut Shop focuses on creating memories for families to enjoy fresh, delicious donuts, egg sandwiches, coffee, and tea. They also allow dogs in their outdoor seating area!

George’s of Galilee is a must-visit. This restaurant overlooks the Block Island Sound in the fishing port of Galilee. They feature a wide variety of fresh local seafood, a new sushi menu, lobster specials, and hand cut fresh rib-eye steaks.
