Fresh & Tasty Bites Along the Coast

Britt’s Best Bites of the Week

For true foodies, there is nothing more exciting than trying out a new restaurant, especially in a beautiful, fun location! Visiting a new restaurant gives you the opportunity to visit a new place that you have not been before as well as be introduced to some unique dishes and drinks that you have never tried. And what is better than trying out a new place that you know is “foodie accredited?” This week, we’re featuring some of “Britt’s Best Bites’” favorite coastal locations that are an absolute must to add to your restaurant bucket list. If you are in any of the following areas, be sure to give these restaurants a try (you won’t regret it!):

South Shore: Uva Wine Bar in Plymouth, MA

Uva Wine Bar is the South Shore’s only self-pour wine bar and believes that wine tasting should be an approachable activity that brings people together who want to learn more about it. They also offer a small selection of regional craft beers if you are not into wine!

Cape Cod & Islands: Fresh Ketch in Hyannis, MA

Fresh Ketch is the perfect place to stop for a meal or cocktail while exploring downtown Hyannis and Main Street. They have beautiful expanded and rearranged outdoor seating areas as well as a spacious indoor dining room.

South Coast: Amato’s in Wareham, MA

Amato’s is known for being sandwich masters from day one! They bake their own fresh breads, and offer a variety of classics, from famous original Italians to gourmet hot sandwiches and fresh wraps.

West Bay & South County: Red Stripe in Providence, RI

Red Stripe serves creatively refined comfort food with an upscale French influence. They are a modern take on the traditional European-style French café. They also offer a relaxed setting that serves single dishes and other meals with professional service.

East Bay & Aquidneck Island: Imbriglio’s Pizzeria Napoletana in Newport, RI

Imbriglio’s serves truly authentic gourmet Nepoletana pizza, made in a brick oven with fresh ingredients imported from Italy. Richardo Imbriglio created the recipe. Richardo owned a bakery in New Jersey with the goal to recreate a truly Neapolitan Pizza!
