For true foodies, there is nothing more exciting than trying out a new restaurant, especially in a beautiful, fun location! Visiting a new restaurant gives you the opportunity to visit a new place that you have not been before as well as be introduced to some unique dishes and drinks that you have never tried. And what is better than trying out a new place that you know is “foodie accredited?” This week, we’re featuring some of “Britt’s Best Bites’” favorite coastal locations that are an absolute must to add to your restaurant bucket list. If you are in any of the following areas, be sure to give these restaurants a try (you won’t regret it!):

 

South Shore: Will & Co. Café in Plymouth, MA

Will & Co. Café is extremely family oriented! They have organic drip coffee, organic flavored coffee, organic Nitro, and organic cold brew, all served in compostable Green to-go containers. Their goal is to ensure that they continue to serve delicious food and fresh coffee in an awesome family atmosphere.

 

Cape Cod & Islands: Tomatoes Italian Bar & Grill in Sandwich, MA

Tomatoes Italian Bar & Grill presents traditional and creative Italian cuisine in a comfortable and festive atmosphere. Combining Sicilian country cooking, which emphasizes traditional spicy preparations, and Northern Italian cooking, which uses a large variety of cheeses, meats, fish, cream and vegetables, their portions are generous and made from the freshest ingredients.

 

South Coast: Rustico Pizza & Restaurant in Mattapoisett, MA

Rustico Pizza & Restaurant is a new and innovative restaurant that serves flavorful cuisine inspired by Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Their menus are updated every four months to take advantage of fresh and local foods offered as the seasons change.

 

West Bay & South County: Troop in Providence, RI

Troop is fun, fresh, and familiar. The restaurant is inspired by pop culture of the 80s and 90s, and features creative eats, beats and drinks. They have an astounding staff, great customer base and growing community in the Valley and beyond.

 

East Bay & Aquidneck Island: Tremblay’s Bar & Grill in Portsmouth, RI

Tremblay’s has been a Portsmouth tradition since 1943. For over 75 years, they have been serving tasty food and a variety of beverages to the Island Park community. They pride themselves on being a family restaurant.
