Check out some of my favorite dishes and drinks from Sea Level Oyster Bar that you must try when you visit:

THE BEST BITES.

Sea Level Oyster Bar, Newburyport, MA

To start, order the Chowder Fries, the Fried Pickles, the Island Chicken, and the Crab Cake. The Chowder Fries are served with French fries covered with fresh chowder, littleneck clams, and cheddar and jack cheeses.

  • The Fried Pickles are served with local Maitland farm pickles as well as a chipotle ranch dipping sauce.
  • The Island Chicken is served lightly fried and, on a skewer, tossed in a sweet chili glaze and pineapple salsa.
  • And the Crab Cake is served with a whole-grain mustard aioli and poached pear micro salad.

For something light, Sea Level Oyster Bar has great salad options. Some of my favorites include the Warm Cale Caesar Salad, the Poached Pear Salad, and the Raspberry Root Salad.

  • The Warm Kale Caesar Salad is served with squash croquettes, Caesar aioli, shaved parmesan, and a warm bacon vinaigrette.
  • The Poached Pear Salad is served with charred endive, brie cheese, candied pecans, roasted squash, and a honey chardonnay vinaigrette.
  • And the Raspberry Root Salad is served with honey roasted carrots and parsnips, arugula, toasted pine nuts, fresh raspberries, and a lemon vinaigrette.

For entrees, try the Fisherman’s Platter, the Garlic Bread Pizza, the Baja Tacos, the Salted Caramel Sandwich, or the Stuffed Lobster.

  • The Fisherman’s Platter is served with a combination of calamari, white fish, shrimps and scallops, and French fries, onion strings, and coleslaw.
  • The Garlic Bread Pizza is topped with herb butter, Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, chive, chili flakes, and served with a side of marinara.
  • The Baja Tacos are served with lightly white fish, lettuce, pepper jack cheese, avocado salsa, cilantro crema, and soft flour tortillas.
  • The Salted Caramel Chicken Sandwich is a must-try, served with grilled chicken, apple bacon jam, arugula and tomato, and a brioche bun with seasoned French fries and coleslaw.
  • And lastly, the Stuffed Lobster is overstuffed with crab, Old Bay roasted potatoes, corn on the cob, and drawn butter.

To finish your meal, enjoy some of my favorite desserts, including the Fried Oreos, Golden Brown Cheesecake, and the Warm Lemon Iced Cake.

  • The Fried Oreos are served with puff pastry wrapped Oreo’s, deep fried, tossed with cinnamon sugar, and crème anglaise.
  • The Golden Brown Cheesecake is served with whipped cream, dessert trail mix, and a white chocolate drizzle.
  • And the Warm Lemon Iced Cake is served with vanilla ice cream, blueberry compote, whipped cream, and powdered sugar.

THE SEASIDE SIPS.

For cocktails, try the Beehive, the Sparkling Cosmo, the Honey Drop, and the Sea Level Harvest Sangria. The Beehive is mixed with Casamigos blanco tequila, honey, lemongrass, and fresh lemon juice.

  • The Sparkling Cosmo is mixed with New Amsterdam vodka, pomegranate liquor, triple sec, lime juice, and topped with Prosecco.
  • The Honey Drop is mixed with Puncher’s Chance bourbon, honey lemongrass syrup, orange juice, and fresh lemon.
  • And the Sea Level Harvest Sangria is made with simmered fruit in cinnamon and spices in pomegranate juice and apple cider, along with apply brandy and red wine.
