Owners Ralph and Elisa Conte opened Plum Pt. Bistro with their daughter, Zoe and their son, Raphael in 2012. The bistro not only serves delicious food but is also looked at as a second home for the Conte family, and a comfortable space for Jamestown residents to hang out at!
