“Britt’s Best Bites of the Week” 

For true foodies, there is nothing more exciting than trying out a new restaurant, especially in a beautiful, fun location! Visiting a new restaurant gives you the opportunity to visit a new place that you have not been before as well as be introduced to some unique dishes and drinks that you have never tried. And, what is better than trying out a new place that you know is “foodie accredited?” This week, we’re featuring some of “Britt’s Best Bites’” favorite coastal locations that are an absolute must to add to your restaurant bucket list. If you are in any of the following areas, be sure to give these restaurants a try (you won’t regret it!):

 

South Shore: Hingham, MA: Tosca 

When you are in Hingham, Tosca is a great place to visit if you are looking for a creative and unique menu featuring delicious Italian dishes with fresh and local ingredients. They have a wide variety of options including their Fried Brussel Sprout Salad, Ricotta and Lemon Ravioli as well as Seared Sea Scallops. 

 

Cape Cod & Islands: Brewster, MA: Spinnaker Restaurant 

Seafood lovers: this should be your first stop in Brewster! Spinnaker Restaurant is known for its outstanding seafood dishes, including their Crispy Skin Salmon, Grilled East Coast Swordfish or their Chatham Clams. However, even if you are not into seafood, they have other great options on the menu such as their Chickpea Fritters or Porcini Dusted Seared Filet Mignon! 

 

South Coast: Fairhaven, MA: The Pasta House

For outstanding service, top notch wine and great food – The Pasta House is your go-to place in Fairhaven. This award-winning restaurant has dishes that your taste buds will never forget, such as their Bacon Jam Scallops, Shrimp Mozambique or their classic New England Clam Chowder. Pasta lovers – the Butternut Squash Ravioli is a must, too! 

 

Rhode Island: Cranston, RI: Avvio Ristorante
