Cabo Restaurant Bucket-List

Get a Taste of The Only Farm-To-Table Restaurant in Cabo San Lucas – El Huerto

When on vacation, everyone wants to treat themselves to the most unique dining experiences that the location has to offer. If you are traveling to Cabo San Lucas, El Huerto should rise to the top of your restaurant bucket list. The restaurant opened in November 2020 and combines the best local organic ingredients. Doing so they produce simple, healthy, great-tasting food that can be enjoyed in a family-friendly farm-to-table setting. Their mission is to bring healthy, organic gourmet dishes to the reach of middle-class locals. As well as to become the “go-to” meeting place for family and friends any day of the week.

Palo blaco area

El Huerto was created by a local family who ultimately decided that they wanted to create something that is sensible and gives back to their community. El Huerto taps into all of the local resources that they can, especially each Saturday when locals and visitors can enjoy the beautiful weather at their Farmer’s Market!

Their breakfast and dinner menus change and adapt to the local produce growing seasons and what is currently harvesting on-site. All of the menu creations by Chef Emilio Siera are inspired by Baja California’s unique products, from land to sea, and are a blend of Mediterranean and Asian influences. Chef Emilio’s cooking style is innovative and simple, and he always prefers fresh seasonal ingredients, ensuring clean and natural flavors.

Palo blaco trees

Or, try out their Avocado Toast, which is extremely aesthetically pleasing. Topping with romesco, farm tomatoes, crispy avocado as well as a fried egg.

Dinner

For dinner, you can’t go wrong with their variety of delicious pizzas. Such as their Prosciutto Pizza, or El Huerto’s Farm Salad, mixed with lettuce, fennel, cherry tomato, bacon, poached egg, as well as a roasted lemon vinaigrette.

El Huerto drink

El Huerto is also known for its organic mixology. They use herbs and spices in the preparation of their cocktails and signature drinks. Not to mention, the restaurant has a wide variety of cocktails to choose from, changing seasonally. They are all created with ingredients straight from the orchard! They feature classic cocktails as well as El Huerto Signatures, which Fernando Luna creates. When visiting, be sure to try out the Farmer’s Soda if you are into citrus. It mixes lemongrass vodka, with sauco liquor, and lemon tea.

El Huerto veggies

You always count on El Huerto using the freshest ingredients in their food and drinks. In addition, you cannot beat the breathtaking views of Cabo. Which consist of landscapes, gardens, orchards and fruit trees over the 2 acres that the restaurant has to offer.
