Easter Decorating Inspiration for Your Home This Year

Easter is just a few weeks away, and if you are hosting Easter lunch or dinner for your family or are looking to decorate your home and get festive, you may be on the lookout for some new ideas. There are so many cute ways to decorate for Easter, but if you are interested in trying out something new, here are some of our favorite décor ideas to get your home and family feeling festive:

  • Dress up your front door. Your front door is the first thing that people will see upon visiting your home, so why not make it festive? Dress up your front door with a colorful Easter wreath that can be filled with pastels, small eggs, carrots and other Easter-esque décor.
  • Make a banner. If you are into DIY, it is a great opportunity to make a cute “Happy Easter” banner that you can display in your home, perhaps above the mantel. You can create it with colors and design that compliment your home vibe in the best way.
  • Make an egg countdown. A fun and festive family activity is creating your very own egg countdown! Grab a basket and number eggs leading up to Easter day. Each day, you can remove an egg to represent getting closer. You can also use this as an opportunity to decorate eggs with your kids!
