As we move closer to summer and as restaurants begin reopening their outdoor patios, you may be itching to enjoy a nice appetizer and cocktail while enjoying some beautiful waterfront views (well, aren’t we all?!) We have rounded up some of the best drinks that you must get to sipping in the coming months – trust us, these will truly quench your thirst! 

South Shore: The John Daly at Olde Salt House in Cohasset, MA

In the mood for something citrus? Head to Olde Salt House in Cohasset for the John Daly cocktail, which is mixed with Lemon vodka, iced tea and a touch of lemon juice. Simple, refreshing and will surely hit the spot! 

Cape Cod & Islands: The Knob at BnB Burger Bar in Falmouth, MA

Gin lovers – this one is for you. BnB Burger Bar’s cocktail called The Knob is mixed with Tanqueray gin, lime juice, simple syrup and blackberry liquor. This is the perfect cocktail if you are looking for something unique, tasty and unforgettable! 

South Coast: Sangria Margarita at The Gateway Tavern in Marion, MA

The perfect cocktail if you can’t decide between wine and tequila – married together they make the delicious Sangria Margarita! This cocktail is mixed with a fresh margarita topped with red sangria shaken and served over ice. 

West Bay & South County: Espresso Martini at Maria’s Seaside Café in Westerly, RI

Anyone who is as obsessed with caffeine as I am can appreciate a good espresso martini. At Maria’s Seaside Café, you won’t be disappointed! The Espresso Martini is made out of Maria’s special recipe with a hot shot of Nespresso ristretto. (Note – you’ll want two, or three.)

East Bay & Aquidneck Island: Rhode Island Iced Tea from Boat House in Tiverton, RI

This is the go-to cocktail for anyone who loves a classic iced tea, but with a Rhode island, Boat House twist!
