Seaside Sips

As we move closer to summer and as restaurants begin reopening their outdoor patios, you may be itching to enjoy a nice appetizer and cocktail while enjoying some beautiful waterfront views (well, aren’t we all?!) We have rounded up some of the best drinks that you must get to sipping in the coming months – trust us, these will truly quench your thirst!

South Shore: The Galley Sangria at Galley Kitchen & Bar in Scituate, MA

Sangria lovers – this is a must-try if you are in the Scituate area! You can order the Galley Sangria in red or white wine and can always count on having the freshest fruit in your drink as well as the Galley Kitchen & Bar’s accompanying liqueur.

Cape Cod & Islands: Moscow Mule at Laurino’s Tavern in Brewster, MA

Sometimes you just need a good old Moscow Mule to quench your thirst! Laurino’s Tavern’s Moscow Mule is mixed with a choice of New Amsterdam plain, mango, pineapple or citron vodka with ginger beer and a squeeze of lime!

South Coast: The Sweet and Smoky Margarita at Back Eddy Restaurant in Westport, MA

This may be one of my dream drinks – a margarita that is the perfect mix of sweet and smoky! This margarita is mixed with ½ mezcal, ½ agave tequila, triple sec as well as a freshly squeezed sour mix. This unique flavor will have you ordering multiple, guaranteed!

West Bay & South County: The Caribbean Breeze at Iron Works in Warwick, RI

This drink is perfect for everyone who is wishing they were relaxing in the Caribbean. Mixed with Sobieski vanilla vodka, Malibu coconut rum, cranberry, pineapple and lime soda, this cocktail is super refreshing and is delicious for the warm summer months!

East Bay & Aquidneck Island: Raspberry Ice Martini at Fifth Element in Middletown, RI

A classic martini with a fresh, raspberry twist! The Raspberry Ice Martini is mixed with Svedka Citrus vodka, Chambord, fresh pressed raspberries (yum!), lime juice, dash simple syrup and soda. This cocktail is super refreshing and has the perfect amount of kick that you’re looking for.
